About Us

 

The magic is in the mix – MISCERE is a line of multi-function garments and accessories with a focus on timeless silhouettes, effortlessly transformed by interchangeable fabric detailing. Our brand was balanced on delivering the highest quality products while offering the ability to keep up with ever changing fashion trends. 

MISCERE is the perfect balance between haute couture and fast fashion. 

The Team - MISCERE was founded by sisters Lindsey & Kayla Schwartz.  Inspired by their upbringing in beach communities with urban influences, including The Hamptons, Cote D’azur and Santa Barbara, the two designed a line that fits both the city and country landscape.

How it works  –  With an easy zip on & off structure, your wardrobe can be updated in minutes. Our appliqué are designed to fit on any same-style product. 

 


Product Care

Caring for your item  –  We make our products with various types of fabrics and leathers.  Leather can be cleaned and restored with most cleaner and moisturizer products.  We do not suggest the cleaners or moisturizer be used on ink, grease or oil stains.

Treatment   – We recommend all items be treated for water protection. Email INFO@MISCERE-COLLECTIVE.COM for suggested products & kits.

Cleaning  –

  1. Shake or brush off dirt, sand or any other abrasive material.

  2. For small spots, use cold water and mild soap, and a sponge or brush.

  3. With a little soap, gently massage the spotted surface.

  4. Rinse with a sponge and cold water. Let the bag air dry.

 

 

Repairs   –  We take pride in offering you the highest level of quality. Should your item fall outside our guidelines, we offer a repair service for some of our products. There is a $20 evaluation and processing fee for each item submitted for repair. please email INFO@MISCERE-COLLECTIVE.COM with subject "repairs" and we will assist you within 24 Hrs. 


Returns & Exchanges

 

Return & Exchange Policy – We have a 15-day return policy. The items should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. We charge $15 to cover return shipping and restocking and deduct it from your refund. All items returned after the 15 day time period will be eligible for exchange only. 

Online Only  – We do not accept returns from orders purchased at select stores, online sales only.

Returns will be credited to your original method of payment within 

Final Sale  – All sale items are final.

 

Return & Exchange Instructions – Please email INFO@MISCERE-COLLECTIVE.COM with your order number & return in the subject line. We will reply with shipping label within 48 hours.

Limited Edition  – Due to the nature of our limited edition pieces, we cannot guarantee that the item you request will be available. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of your exchange processing.

Cancellations  – Items may be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Email INFO@MISCERE-COLLECTIVE.COM with "Cancel" in heading.


Shipping & Tracking 

Tracking Orders  – We ship via USPS which provides a secure and easy tracking service. We will provide a tracking number in your order confirmation email. If your package gets lost in transit, we will try our best to assist you.

We can not be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

 

Signature  – We ask USPS to require a signature for any orders over $500. If you would like us to waive this requirement, or if you would like to require a signature for orders less than $500, please email us at info@miscere-collective.comOnce the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
